It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley A. Meehan (Lakewood, Ohio), born in Hornell, New York, who passed away on April 28, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Maglier and Geraldine Maglier (Gibson); her husband John "Jack" Meehan; her son Michael Meehan; and her siblings, Donald Maglier, Raymond Maglier and Jean McCool.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Farrell of Twinsburg, OH, John Meehan of North Royalton, OH, Terry Meehan of Scarborough, ME and Kevin Meehan of Lakewood, OH; and her sister Sharon Siegel of Hornell. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; several nieces & nephews.
Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic there will be no calling hours.
Shirley's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name be made to St. Ann's Academy, 41 Genesee St., Hornell, NY 14843.
