She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward H. Ray and Vera Alice Ray; and her husband Charles F. Burk. She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Shook (Jim) and Bonnie Blickle (Ron); her grandchildren, Steven Shook (Cathy Franz), Kevin Shook (Megan), Arie Cross (Matt), Amar Joseph (Leslie), Kendra Malek (Jonathan) and Megan Hauck (Adam); and her great grandchildren, Zoe, Owen, Cassandra, Tessa, Hailey, Bodey, Brandon, Colin, Hannah, Abby, Henry and Clara. She is also survived by daughters married and added grandchildren and great grandchildren.
