She was predeceased by: her child Tracy Werain; and her parents, Paul Ramon Shade and Glema Ellen Goodwin (Shade). She is survived by: her husband John "Jack"; her siblings, Georgia Kightlinger (Rick Siegel), Jackie Flacyznski (Denny), Pam Gallagher, Mel Goodwin (Lynn) and Kelly Goodwin; and her granddaughters, Genevieve Busick and Kendra Meister. She is also survived by 8 nieces and 7 nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
