He is survived by: his friend Royal Young; his son George; his brother George "Tulu" Young; his son Roy Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Chris Young and Lisa Young; his wife Gaye N. (Gayle); his children, Terry Young, April Dawson (Donzell) and T'Cara Darby; his stepsons, Calvin Bailey and Kelvin Bailey; and his sisters, Linda Suggs (Otis) and Molly Young. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
