She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Baum and Cecelia Baum; her husband George Kubas; and her siblings, Alice Long, Don Baum and Carol Piskur.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Olga Kozsey; her sons, George, Bob and Phil (Rose); her grandchildren, Matt, Alan, Maria and Daniel; and her great grandchildren, Ayden, Sabrina, Adaline and Maverick.
