We are sad to announce that on August 14, 2022, at the age of 97, Phyllis A. Bullock (Lakewood, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert G. Bullock; and her sister Arlene Valentino (late Rudy). She is survived by: her children, Daniel (Meredith) of Carbondale, CO, Ruth Manire (Charles) of Sarasota, FL and Jane of Lakewood, OH; and her caregiver Lakewood Hospitals. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a contribution to the Living Endowment of the church or a charity of your choice may be given in her memory.
