She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Starks and Mary Grace Starks; her husband Joseph; and her siblings, Jo Anne King Starks and Emmett A. Starks (Judy).
She is survived by: her sister Beverly Sweeney (Thomas); her sister-in-law Nancy Berry (late Roger); her children, Joseph, Ann Marie Richmond (Michael), Colleen O'Neill (David) and Edward; her grandchildren, Katie, Mary, Christopher D., Trisha and Natalie; and her great grandchildren, Vincent, John, Joseph and Christopher E. Patricia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Berry-McGreevey-Martens Funeral Home (26691 Detroit Rd, Westlake, OH 44145). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Raphael Catholic Church (525 Dover Center Rd, Bay Village, OH 44140).
