She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Albert W. Carroll Jr.; her children, Lilliana Russell, Louis Rivera III and Cindy Burks (Michael); her grandchildren, Marlyn Rivera and Monti Rivera; her parents, Christobal Santiago and Illeana Santiago; and her siblings, Harvey Santiago and Chris Santiago.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McGorray-Hanna Funeral Home of Lakewood (14133 Detroit Ave, Lakewood, OH 44107). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Church (3602 Bridge Ave, Cleveland, OH 44113).
