He is survived by: his wife Virginia R.; his stepchildren, Virginia "Ginny" Forlini (Tom) and John Zak (Heather); his grandchildren, Samantha Rainey (Matthew), Matthew Forlini (Brittany), Oliver (Lily) and Sawyer Zak; and his sister Patricia.
