John Dennis Holland Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Dennis Holland of Lakewood, Ohio, who passed away on March 26, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, John shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Marion. He is survived by: his significant other Rita Holland (Glick); his brothers, Bob (Linda) and Bill (Karen); and his grandson Ashton Douglas Glick. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McGorray-Hanna Funeral Home of Westlake (25620 Center Ridge Rd, Westlake, OH 44145). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. John Cantius Church (906 College Ave, Cleveland, OH 44113). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273).
