She is survived by: her husband Karl A. Bartz; her sister Faith McCraw Massey; her niece Melody Elise Massey; and her close friend Karen Brigance.
She gathered donations to help families in need, helped in feeding the homeless and was involved in laying wreaths at the veterans cemetery.
