She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Leisz and Jean Leisz; and her siblings, Richard Leisz, Nancy Shircliff (late Bill) and James Paul Leisz.
She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Leisz (late Celine), Marianne Kasarda (Robert), Joseph "Bud" Leisz (Fran), Karen Crandall (Steve) and Jayne Smith (Doug); her husband Tom Hayden; her children, Christopher (Maria), Charles (Meighan), Nicholas Peura (Nicole), David (Kate), Cheryl Ozark (Jeff) and Daniel (Elizabeth); and her grandchildren, Taylor, Morgan, Timothy, Thomas, Finn, Edward, Lucas, Harper, Hayden and Lucia. She is also survived by brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
