It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmer Wells (Lakewood, Ohio), born in Paintsville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 2, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Wells and Pearl Wells; his wife Mary Jo Wells; and his siblings, Rosemary Harmon, Herman Wells and Janice Adkins.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Wells (Debbie), Karen Checovich (Richard) and Scott Wells (Lisa); his grandchildren, Tristan Wells, Daniel (Brandi Willard) and Andrew Checovich (Hanna Neal); his great grandchildren, Blake and Keegan Checovich; and his sister Neva Sue Baker.
