It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christopher David Hull (Lakewood, Ohio), who passed away on September 8, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly J. Pustulka; his children, Zachary John, Alexander Jacob and Allison Genevieve; his siblings, Michael Hull (Wendy), Barbara Hanlon (Patrick) and Bridget Akiki; his child Kim; and also, Jean Pustulka, Carol Pustulka, John Pustulka (Kandace), Stacy Wirth (Christopher) and Kevin Pustulka.
The family kindly requests that attendees wear masks indoors.
