With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl Fazio (Lakewood, Ohio), who passed away on October 9, 2019 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Charles, Carl Jr and Robert (Noelle); his grandchildren, Christopher Monk, Catherine Peters (Patrick), Nina Greenberg (Joseph), Carl A III, Anthoni (Chelsea), Cara, Michael and Nicole; his great grandchildren, William, Mitchell, Janet Greenberg, Francesca, Anna and Norah Peters; his parents, Charles Fazio and Josephine Fazio; his sister Vivian Dolan; his former wife Catherine Folise; and his wife Irene Dugger. He was also cherished by children and was a beloved grandfather and great grandfather.
