He was predeceased by: his parents, Bart Ramsey and Shirley Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his daughter Heather; and his sisters, Debbie Orr (Michael) and Venice Higgins (Roger). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
