She was predeceased by: her mother Twyla; and her brother Billy Ray Skeen. She is survived by: her husband Richard Scruggs; her daughter Brandy; her son-in-law Dan James of Columbus; her grandchildren, Twyla, Charlie and Georgia; her nephew Jason Skeen; and her niece Sarah Lynch.
