He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Peggy Moots, Belinda Coffenberg and Jeffery Hodges. He is survived by: his parents, Cassie Hoffman and Nathan Hartman; his brother Braxton Hoffman; his grandparents, Amber Lane, Drew Hoffman, Helen Bega and Larry Hartman; and his great-grandparents, Connie, Bob Hoffman, Mary and Eddie Bollack.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shoffstall Funeral Home (205 S Main St, Lakeview, OH 43331). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
