He is survived by: his parent Phyllis Shepard Tanner; his significant other Carol Cerwinsky; his children, Kylie Cooper (Keith) of Marysville, OH and Jeremy Tanner (Tracy) of Lakeview; his stepdaughter Nicky Francis of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Julia Cooper (Jordan Payne), Carissa Cooper, Rachael Humphrey (Matt Gordon), Addalyn Cooper, Isaiah Melendrez, Donald Tanner, Kaitlyn Tanner, Kyle Ball, Brantley Ball, Emily Leis and Tyler Leis; and his siblings, Butch Raymond Tanner (Carolyn) of Dayton, Larry Tanner of Lakeview and Tina Tanner of Springfield, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
