She is survived by: her children, Zoe Henderson (LJ) of Grove City, PA and Ezra Naylor of Lakeview; and her siblings, Sarah Smalley Keith (Chris Moffitt) of DeGraff, OH and Steve Smalley (Lynnette) of Waynesfield, OH. She is also survived by several aunts, uncle, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
