Cummins (Barb) of Jay, FL; his grandchildren, Sean Hartley (Angel), Skylar Hites (Jess), Hayden Cummins, Jaycob Cummins and Alex Cummins; his great grandchildren, Slade, Harley and Clara; his siblings, John Cummins (Barb) of Huntsville and Debbie Ray (Scott) of Lewistown; his sister-in-law Penny Cummins (Barb King); his nieces and nephews, Jack King (Diana), Jeff King (Jessie), Jill Etgen (Tim) and Johanna Bowsher (Jason); and his great-niece Christine Cummins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shoffstall Funeral Home (205 S Main St, Lakeview, OH 43331).
