He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Harford and Vertie F. Taylor Harford; his former wife Kay Burnside Harford; and his siblings, Jim Harford and Joyce Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Bartolo; his children, Robert Culbertson (Myra) of Campo, CA, Nancy Greene (Scott) of DeGraff, OH, James Culbertson of Lakeview and Michelle Mills of Georgetown, KY; his grandchildren, Louis, Kimberly, Nicole, Sara, Joe, Luke, Jade, Kaleb, Brayden and Emalee; his great grandchildren, Phoenix, Dylan, Tyler, William, Stella, MacKenzie, Ryan and Davis; and his pets, Lotsie and Allie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be given in Phil's memory to Wounded Warriors Project.
