It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip M. Kavanagh of Lakeview, Ohio, born in Kenton, Ohio, who passed away on June 26, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kavanagh and Lois Lavere Kavanagh (Fogle); his brothers, Mike, Ted and Stan; and his grandparents, Melvin, Lula Fogle (Lowe), Fred and Mabel Kavanagh (Wallace).
He is survived by: his siblings, Georgene Lutz (Larry) of Orient, Ohio, R. Duane Kavanagh (Barbara) of Richwood, Dan Kavanagh (Shelley) of Cincinnati and Don Kavanagh (Kathy) of Spring, Texas; and his sisters-in-law, Jane Kavanagh of West Mansfield and Susie Kavanagh of Richwood. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
