He was predeceased by: his parents, Banner Woods and Bessie Collins Woods; his wife Phyllis Parker; and his sister Betty Waddle. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Spares, Lichon Woods, Haskell Woods and Nancy Jervis; and his children, Roger Woods (Sherry) of Sidney, Danny Woods (Larynda) of Sidney and Tammy Bodenmiller (Tim) of Sidney. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Mr. Woods' name may be given to Logan County Cancer Society c/o Mary Rutan Hospital.
