She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Russell Murph Sr. and Regina Helen Murph (Patterson); her husband Charlie Parkins; and her siblings, Richard, Charles, Ralph, Florence, Phyllis and Peggy.

She is survived by: her sister Patsy Dano (Murph) of Kettering; her daughters, Shirley Buehler (Albert) of Shenandoah and Bonnie Metz (Michael) of Stanton; and her grandson Eric Bleau of Ridgecrest. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
