She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Feeney" Palmer Sr. and Mary "Coni" Palmer; her brothers, James Rosenburg and Kenneth Palmer; and her niece Kristi Nolan.
She is survived by: her spouse Dean Blosser; her children, Carrie Blosser (Tony Ramos), Stephani Gonzalez (Abner) and Jonathon Wingo; her grandchildren, Isaiah, Amelia, Julius, Breanna and Adonnis; her siblings, Carla Nolan (Rick) of Bellefontaine, Robert Palmer of Russells Point and Larry Rosenburg (Amanda) of Michigan; her sister-in-law Lesa Palmer; and her niece Jami Ferguson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to her family in care of Shoffstall Funeral Home.
