It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacob A. Johnston of Lakeview, Ohio, born in Bellefontaine, Ohio, who passed away on February 28, 2024, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Eric Johnston. He is survived by: his mother Rayann Cooper (Chris Stachler); his uncle John Cooper; his sister Keisha Giesemann (Stefan) of Lakeview; his nephew Jayce Oakley; his cousin Elizabeth Barclay (Dillon); and his caregiver Hannah Brennerman. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to his family c/o Shoffstall Funeral Home.
