She was predeceased by: her parents, David Brown and Zelma Chadwick Brown; her husbands, Cletus Hart, Lawrence Hicks and Willy Keykens; her sons, Voughn Hart (Peggy Hart) and Chris Hart; her stepdaughter Josephine Keykens; her granddaughter Anna Hart; and her sister Annabelle Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Beth Slaven (Don) of Lakeview; her stepsons, Les Stratford (Jane) of England and Victor Keykens (Sheila) of Sidney, OH; her grandchildren, Jeremy Collins (Patty), Jami Lee (Trenton), Joseph Collins (Bayley), Kristy Hart, Stephanie Hart and Tonya Hart; and her daughter-in-law Carolyn Hart of Texas. She is also survived by many step grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given in Ivolene's memory to American Heart Association.
