She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Mustard and Bessie Mae Newman Mustard; her husband Forrest Elwood Lykins; her grandchildren, Amanda Sue Watkins, Audra Sue Thurman Karns and Morgan McCully; and her siblings, Myrtle Mustard, Anise Elrod, Alma Burris, Dorothy Lewis, Daisy Lewis, Myrle Mustard, Ollie Mustard, Odle Mustard and Buddy Mustard.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Nuss (Tom), Karen Kay Bothel (Terry), Patsy Jean Everhart (Samuel), Deborah Morris, Becky Cooper (Eddie), Terry Lykins (Chris) and Timothy Lykins (Teresa). She is also survived by 28 grandchildren; 58 great-grandchildren; 18 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
