She is survived by: her parent Opal Hammond Horne; her daughters, Deborah King (Mike Brehm) of Bellefontaine, Shirley Young (Tony Holbrook), Loretta Young (Kenneth Golden) and Sherry Griffith of Lakeview; her grandchildren, William King, Thomas King, Jeffery Young, Tony Young and Jamie Young; her great grandchildren, James Castle, Rose Castle, Ashley King, Alexis King, Destiny Young and Skyler Moore; her siblings, Ron Horne (Brenda) of Bellefontaine, Sam Horne (Connie) of East Liberty, Tony Horne (Melinda) of Tipp City, Tom Horne (Watana) of Jacksonville, FL and Patricia Wirick (Dean) of West Liberty; and her brother-in-law John O'Hare (Timothy Wright). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
