It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Felicia Kay Scoggin of Lakeview, Ohio, born in Wynne, Arkansas, who passed away on November 18, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy E. Scoggin and Billie Oldman Scoggin Czech. She is survived by: her stepfather Pete Czech; her close friend Bill Hefner of Lakeview; her children, Justin Rostorfer (Casey Dodds) of Jackson Center, OH and Shawn Hefner of Wapakoneta, OH; her grandchildren, Marlee, Hagen Dodds and Beau Hefner; her brother Brian Scoggin (Shana) of Jackson Center; her niece Taylor; and her nephews, Derek and Jacob.
Memorial Contributions may be given in Felicia's name to The James Cancer Center at OSU Wexner Medical Center.
