She is survived by: her children, Stephen Lehmkuhle (Cynthia) of Beavercreek, OH, Susan Miller of Lima, OH and Gerald Lehmkuhle (Jane) of Minster, OH; her grandchildren, Jason Lehmkuhle (Kristen), Michelle Birkenholz (Reed), Troy Miller, Jessica Elliot (Seth), Brice Miller (Carly Ramsdell), Stephanie Rife (Nick), Kevin Lehmkuhle and Eric Lehmkuhle; her stepgrandchildren, Sarah Broughton (LJ) and Joshua Eber (Lindsey); and her sister Helen Barhorst (George) of Fort Loramie, OH. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in Dorothy's memory to St. Vincent de Paul Society.
