She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Boldman and Phyllis Thomas Boldman; her husband Charles William "Bill" Titus, Jr.; and her brothers, Ronnie Boldman and Tim Boldman.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Allen Titus (Tonya) of South Carolina and Tracey Renee Swank (Keith) of Jackson Center, OH; her grandchildren, Katelyn Dianna Banning, Bryan William Mohler, Bryce Allen Mohler and Sarah Lynn Mohler; and her great grandchildren, Carlie and Rhett Kindler.
Memorial contributions may be given in Dianna's memory to Logan County Cancer Society, c/o Mary Rutan Hospital.
