It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Payne of Lakeview, Ohio, born in Sidney, Ohio, who passed away on June 25, 2020, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Payne Sr. and Norma Payne (Hecht); and his brother Jimmy Payne. He is survived by: his son Chad Payne; and his siblings, William J. Payne Jr. (Rose) of McCartyville, Linda Zimmerman (Kent) of St. Paris, Laura Thomas (Steve) of Sidney and Maggie Marquis of Rosewood. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
