We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Cheryl Lynn Forsythe of Lakeview, Ohio, born in Kenton, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dave Leiter of Belle Center, OH and Linda Phillips Leiter; her husband Carl "Dave" Forsythe; her children, Brenda Moots-Holder (Brian Holder) of Lakeview, Bret Brown of Lakeview and Amy Cartwright (Ward) of Belle Center; her grandchildren, Bostyn Moots, Cohen Brown, Cash and Charli Cartwright; and her siblings, Cindy Richter (Bobby) of Lakeview, Allen Leiter (Deb) of Belle Center, Jeff Leiter (Dina) of Belle Center and Bob Leiter (Carol) of Russells Point, OH. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, attendees are asked to be symptom free, wear facial masks and use social distancing.
Memorial contributions may be given in her name to Belle Center United Methodist Church.
