It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Sue Hoffman of Lakeview, Ohio, who passed away on April 9, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Hoffman and Edna Ambos Hoffman; and her siblings, Marjorie Hoffman, Emma Katherine Lehman, Neil Hoffman and Franklin Hoffman.

She is survived by: her sisters, Connie Regula and Marilyn Scherler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given in Carolyn's memory to Emanuel Lutheran Church.
