We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2020, at the age of 74, Bertha Shappard of Lakeview, Ohio, born in Louisa, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Hughes and Lona Hughes (Salmons); and her siblings, Bernard Hughes, Maxine Beekman and Wanda Culwell.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Culwell (Jeanna) of Raymond, OH. and Shelley Crumley (Chuck) of Celina, OH.; her siblings, Nelson Hughes (Laurie) of Marion, OH. and Jewell Ward of Waldo, OH.; her grandchildren, Dustin Culwell, Johnathan Culwell, Glenn Jolliff, Jochlyn Kokas and Crystal Carter; and her great grandchildren, Gabriella, Jacob, Jimmy, Sammy, George, Abagail and Austin.
Masks and social distancing will be required.
