He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulyss Forster and Emma Lee Fleenor (Necessary); and his siblings, Jennings Fleenor, Forster Fleenor, Mary Fleenor, Gary Holmes, Sr., Stanley Holmes, Tom Holmes and Nadine McMurrary.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Dubbert; his children, Brian Fleenor (Francy) of Bellevue, OH, Nichole Ihnat (Brandon) of Marblehead, Robert Fleenor (Denise) of Port Clinton, Rhonda, Randal Fleenor (Brenda) of Genoa and Daniel Fleenor of Florida; his grandchildren, Jacqueline Fleenor, Stephanie Van Winkle (Devin), Kristina Kohler, Jordan Fleenor (Janae), Danielle Martin, Rayven Whyde (Mason Asbury), Rahlee Fleenor, Jayden Ihnat and Ava Ihnat; and his child Followed. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchild.
