He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Kihlken and Murlean Kihlken (Fick); his siblings, Dale Kihlken, Jerry Kihlken and Marilyn Snyder; and his siblings-in-law, Trish Kihlken and Chet Alexander.
He is survived by: his spouse Connie Ralls; his children, Callie McConahay (Kent), Zachary Kihlken and Courtney Kihlken (Brian Sloan); his sister Betty Alexander of Port Clinton; his siblings-in-law, Norma Kihlken of Port Clinton and Robert Snyder of Marblehead; and also, Brilynne of Marblehead and Bradley of Marblehead. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews; great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-niece and great-great-nephew.
