He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Burmeister and Ila Burmeister (Scott). He is survived by: his wife Judy Burmeister (Stamm); his children, Douglas John Burmeister (Jamie) of Sandusky, Angela Delp (Brad) of Port Clinton and Daniel Burmeister (Elizabeth) of Marblehead; his grandchildren, Corey, Brandon, Cameron, Kimberly, Aaron, Miriam and Marissa; his great grandchildren, Jayce, Lucas, Evelyn and Leon; and his brothers, Frank Burmeister of Sandusky, Gary Burmeister (Patty) and Joseph Burmeister of Sandusky. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
