He is survived by: his sons, Roger Crouse (Trish Ahrens) of Marblehead and Alan Crouse (Cheryl) of Northville, MI; his grandchildren, Maya Crouse and Ryan Crouse; and his siblings, Richard Crouse, Gerald Crouse and Marilyn Gerkin.
