She was predeceased by: her parents, John Felenchak and Julia Felenchak (Gula); her husband Frank Guzy; her son William Peter Guzy; and her siblings, Wafyl Felenchak, Peter Felenchak, Anna Felenchak and Pauline Felenchak.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Guzy of Marblehead and Gary Guzy of Mansfield.
