She was predeceased by: her parents, James P. Koops, and Christine Koops, Sr. (Laban); her husband Edward R. Cihla, Sr.; her son Edward R. Cihla, Jr.; her great grandchild Darcy Rubino; and her brother James P. Koops, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Donna J. Rice (James) of Elyria, OH, Mark Nichols of Akron, OH, Stephen Cihla (Debra) of Elyria, OH and Susan Cihla of Port Clinton; and her sister Marcia LaFraugh of Houghton Lake, MI.. She is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
