He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sisters-in-law, Nancy Kazimir and Janet Gates; and his nieces and nephews, Christine Andexler (Ron), Kelly Andexler (Mike), Joe Loucek, Sheri Stafford (Christopher), Janice Kazimir, Jennifer Heisler and Tyler Gates.
