He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hopp and Ann Marie Hopp (Stringfellow); and his sister Gail Reed (Hopp). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Pathko (Velotta); his children, Craig Hopp (Michelle) of Twinsburg, OH, Sheri Miller (Scott) of Strongsville, OH, John Pathko III (Mary) of Mentor, OH and Brian Pathko (Stephanie) of Eastlake, OH; his grandchildren, John Pathko IV, Jessica Pathko (Dustin Duff), Brennan Hopp, Alexis Miller, Joshua Hopp, Connor Pathko, Kegan Pathko, Austin Miller, Dylan Miller, Samuel Hopp, Lucille Hopp, Isaac Hopp and Eli Hopp; and his great grandchild Weston Duff. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions may be given to the donor's choice.
