She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Lambert and Laurel Lambert (Kihlken); her brothers, Richard and Alton; her close friends, Dewey Hammond and Jack Peters; and her granddaughter Chasity Hickle.
She is survived by: her grandchild Ryan Mackey; and her children, Douglas A. Mackey (Susan) of Phoenix, Gerald E. Mackey (Sharon) of Catawba, Dale E. Mackey, Timothy E. Mackey (Stacey) of Marblehead and Sharon E. Salyers (Scott) of Oak Harbor. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
