He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lazenby and Alice Lazenby; and his siblings, William Lazenby, Harvey Lazenby and Margaret Blackwood.
He is survived by: his children, Diane M. Schimming of Gibsonburg, OH, Michael Lazenby of Oak Harbor, OH, Timothy Lazenby of Toledo, OH and Deborah (Jason); his grandchildren, Erica Laughlin (Bryan), Rachel Yurista (Shaun), Felisha Holcomb (Nate), Amber Meek (Travis), Phoebe Lenke and Paige Lenke; his great grandchildren, Stella, Claire, Cordell Laughlin, Carter, Caiden Yurista, Gabriella Holcomb and Gunner Meek; and his sister Donna Schalpman of Lynchburg, VA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
