He is survived by: his spouse Carol Ann Goltz; his children, Diana Beaver, Norwalk, Laura Guerra, Marblehead Hayduk, John Hayduk (Mai Slaughter) and Silverdale; his grandchildren, Carla, Carl, Joel, Holly, Valerie, Nicole, Anthony, John Jr and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Cara, Justin, Jayden, Danyal, Joey, John, Austen, Sophia, Christopher, Ryan, Tyler and Isabella; and his great great grandchildren, Cyleigh, Sadie and Emmet. He is also survived by his parents, his wife.
