She is survived by: her husband Alfred Sowards; her children, Verl Sowards (Lisa) of Hudson, Florida, Vanessa Sowards of Sandusky and Victoria Sowards of Port Clinton; her grandchildren, Brad Sowards of Palm Beach and Rebecca Deverso (Mike) of Galena, Ohio; and her great grandchildren, Lexie Sowards, Marin Deverso, Avery Deverso and Peyton Deverso. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
