He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Herbert and Helene Kizar Herbert. He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Mang Herbert; his sons, William J. Herbert of Warren and Robert John Herbert (Michelle) of Newton Falls; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Alicia and Robert John Herbert Jr..
